Whole Draper Valley Wings brined in gi ginger, garlic, salt, chili flakes, peppercorns, sugar, and champagne then baked then chilled. Dusted with corn starch, fried crisp then tossed in a sweet & spicy shoyu, and topped with green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Served with wasabi ranch and carrot
