Spicy Pineapple Gochujang Sauce

Smoked and fried wings with spicy pineapple gochujang sauce. Dry rubbed and smoked wings then fried and tossed in the sweet, spicy umami bomb sauce. Flavors are developed by toasting garlic and ginger with Thai chiles, and enriched with caramelized honey, soy, and gochujang.
