Abuela's Mole Wings

Abuela’s Mole Wings Marinated in Xicha’s Chela Mexican Lager. They are a warm, smooth, rich bite, dipped into a crema queso fresco sauce with cilantro. Made with Doña Maria’s Mole, we add a hint of cayenne and a pop of lime. These wings are reminiscent of our GM’s grandmother’s mole.
