An herbed beef hamburger patty, sharp cheddar, bacon, jalapeño escabeche relish, pickled shallot, and garlic aioli on a round grilled sourdough bun.

Slow-cooked beef, spicy consomé, pepperjack, cilantro & onion, on a toasted bolillo roll. Served with au jus.

Our wings are dry marinated in a spice blend that includes coriander, garlic, and cumin so they will be flavorful and crispy. Next they are fried then sautéed in our starfruit-mango-habanero sauce.
