Concordia - Northeast Portland Food Week Guide

We love a waffle fry around here and we have made special fry dishes with bolognese and chili in the past. This time we wanted to lean into nachos, but have the cheese delivery component a fry instead of a chip. What Chef Maria came up with is better than we could have hoped for!

Housemade focaccia, red sauce, mortadella, pineapple, jalapeño, fontina, parmesan, Italian chile crisp

Mortadella, over-medium egg, American and provolone cheese, sun-dried tomato aioli, and pickled jalapeño on a toasty hamburger bun.

A juicy Nathan’s hot dog on a soft hoagie bun, covered in our skyline chili with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese, diced onions, and chives.
